Getting from Trail's End to AK

Tips? Based on earlier discussions of getting to/from Trail's End, I was thinking that a Minnie Van might be my fastest option (although not the cheapest). Wondering how other folks have managed.

Go to the bus loop, catch a bus to the Outpost, and take a bus to AK.

There are two choices...
1. Go to the bus stop and grab the first bus that comes by. You’ll either go to the outpost or WL. Switch buses to AK

2. GO down to the boat dock and take the boat to MK. Walk over to the bus to AK. There are two drawback to the 2nd option... 1. You have to go through bag check at MK. It will probably take a little longer than option 1.
