Getting from Park to Park and Osbourne Lights

HI there, I will be staying at Pop Century and using Disney transportation to get around. My Mom and I only have 3 days in the parks and we will probly go to multiple parks on one day. What is the easiest and fastest way to get from MGM to Magic Kingdom? How about from Animal Kingdom to MGM?
Also, does anyone know how to swing doing both Fantasmic and the Osbourne lights since the park closes at 8? I want to make sure we see Fantasmic because my Mom really wants to do that so I'd rather make sure we have a seat for that than see the Osbourne lights but I was wondering if we'd have time after to see the lights? Thanks )

The fastest way may be taxi (if one happens to be waiting), but busses run between the parks, they're right there (you don't have the flag them down), and they're free.
