Getting from MGM to CBR to Cirque

What time should I leave MGM in order to get to CBR to change/dress up and then to head out to Downtown Disney?

I have tickets to Cirque at 9 pm and will try (good luck) to get ps somewhere in downtown disney around 6 pm. We'll be spending the day at MGM and will probably want an hour in the hotel to change and get ready. We're going to use Disney transportation - so what time should we head out of MGM?
Sorry I just have no idea when to leave MGM - do you think 3 would be enough time?

You should have plenty of time if you leave MGM at 3. Even if you have to wait 15 or 20 minutes for each bus that still leaves you plenty of time to get ready and make you PS at Downtown Disney.
