Getting from All-Star to AK for Early EMH (Pandora)

Just wondering how early buses depart from All-Star Resorts for Animal Kingdom on days when the park would open (for hotel guests) @ 8am . . . are the buses crowded on their 1st run; should we just plan on taking a minnie van or uber that morning?

Resort to park buses start running no later than approximately 6:30a.

"First Bus" from the All-Stars to DAK is "usually" between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM(I have seen it as late as 7:10 AM).

DAK is only 5-9 minutes from the All-Stars(Sports(5)/Music(7)/Movies(9)).Personally, I would be at the Bus Stop at 6:30 AM and get on the first bus and get on over to DAK and be as close to the front of the line waiting to get in as possible thereby minimizing your wait for FOP as much as possible.
