Getting dropped off at the Port

My aunt will be dropping us off at the port. Is it the same process as when you are being dropped off by a towncar service? Do they allow people that are not on the ships manifest to go alongside the terminal?
Also, she will be picking us up. Where do I tell her to wait?

No, she is not allowed to go inside the port...the drop off may be at the fences near the road. So it is quick good byes, get the luggage and yourselves to the curb and she pulls away, as other people are waiting to pull up and unload behind you.

When she comes to pick you up, don't have her come to early, it is better you wait a few minutes than her have to try and find you.
