Getting back to WL from Fort Wilderness

During our ucomingtrip we will be going to HDDR forthe first time. We are going to the 9:30 show so I can us my TiW discount. My concern is getting back to the Wilderness Lodge after the show. What time does the boat between the 2 resorts run? I'm not opposed to walking back either-how long is the walk and is the path well lit?

We've stayed at the WL and done the HDDR...if the MK is closed when you exit ( especially if you have the last seating) buses are provided to take you back to your resort....just exit Pioneer Hall and turn right and head to the bus loop.....you'll find the appropriate there or ask the drivers....as for the trail from FW to WL, no it is not lit...thru the woods and quite dark....not recommended!

Thanks so much. I didn't know about the buses and have never walked the trail before. I was just a little woried about getting back since it is the last seating.

The boat runs until about 11:45pm. The bus from WL to FW is part of the regular FW internal route and runs till about 2am.
