Getting Around Inside The Park?

So, I'm staying at an offsite hotel that offers shuttle service to Epcot, MK & MGM. I'm wondering how quickest to get from those parks, to locations such as Typhoon Lagoon, DTD, & AK. Anyone that well versed with the ubs/monorail schedules?

The only way to get to these other places is to go from a resort. You asked about the quickest way and that is to take a taxi. But using WDW transportation, take your resort bus to MK. It will drop you off at the TTC. Walk over to the Polynesian and take the bus to whereever you need to go.

For Animal Kingdom you should be able to take a bus from Epcot and the Disney Studios. Downtown Disney service is only from the Disney resorts. Note that there is no bus service from the Magic Kingdom to any other theme park. You can monorail over to the TTC and take a bus from there to another theme park (not Epcot since it's on the monorail). You can also monorail over to any of the MK resorts and take a bus from there to any theme park, DTD, & Typhoon Lagoon. You can also take the ten minute walk from the MK entrance to the Contemporary for buses.

I agree with Ed....the fastest way is to grab a taxi. Since you are staying offsite you will be spending a lot of time travelling....first to get to WDW and then to move about within WDW using Disney transportation.
From my understanding shuttle service from outside hotels is very minimal and can take a lot of time since numerous hotels share the service.
