Getting an "I'm Celebrating" pin without staying at a resort?

I'll be going a few days before check-in and we won't be staying in any of the resorts (we'll be at the Holiday Inn across the street from Vista), but I think we'll at least be going to Downtown Disney and MK. I want to get a pin ahead of time to show that I got in. Is there anyway to get it w/o staying at one of the resorts?

I don't know about getting one ahead of time, but they definitely have them at Guest Relations in each of the parks, and I would assume at DTD as well.

In Magic Kingdom by Guest Relations there is a cart with a Cast Member that has all of the buttons. I'm Celebrating, Happy Birthday, First Visit, Family Reunion, etc. You just go up and ask for the one you want

Yeah, I do not think they really care if you are resort guest or not, as long as you are celebrating something.
