Getting an extra day?

I had booked free dining Aug. 16-23. Well, I dilly-dallied and the cheap airfare on the 16th got booked. So (Disney math ) I booked air for the 15th. When I called Disney, I couldn't get my resort for the 15th. I booked another at AAA rates for that night, but what do you think the odds are that I can extend my free dining by that one night at the beginning of the ressie (Aug. 15). And how often is too often to call to ask? Is there a better time to do it?

I would call everyday, as early in the AM as you can. I bet something will eventually open up. Good Luck!

I just did (almost the same thing)...added an additional night at the beggining of our trip. I was lucky enough to be able to get my resort so it wasn't a problem at all. But know that if you want to add the Free Dining you will lose the AAA rate...I forgot about that & was adamant that the price my TA gave me was wrong....it wasn't!
