Getting a room for May 5th????

Will this be impossible?? I booked 5/6 - 5/13 at POFQ but we are considering flying out the evening before, therefore checking in about 8pm on the 5th. Of course this is the celebration kick off and I am not sure I'll be able to add the night.

I'm going to call in the morning, but I just thought I'd ask... anyone not been able to get a room for that night??

I was just curious, checked, and there were rooms available. Disney.com only lists a king room available, but Expedia has standard.

that was my problem, disney.com seemed to have availability but DU told me they didn't. I didn't notice if it said King only, but since I put 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 2 & 5) they wouldn't give me a king room, would they???

I'll be calling this morning to find out. My parents need a room too and they haven't booked anything yet so I'm going to have them get right on that!!!

I got mine for the 7-11! POP Century.

yes, I was able to get it no problems. Now I have to get my mom to make her ressie ASAP.

I am relieved for you as well as for me. We are holding out hope that it will not be too crowded the first week of May in spite of the celebration kick off.
