Getting a locker during the Holidays

We are visiting WDW from Dec 28th to 2nd Jan, and would like to use lockers this trip, to store coats we may need for the evening.

What are the chances of getting a locker during this very busy period? Has anyone past experience of this?

We are aiming to be at the parks for opening, but sometimes it's not easy getting two teenagers moving in the morning!

I'm reading through topics and saw this one and thought I could add an answer for you - 4 years ago when we were there during that time period we didn't have any problems finding a locker as long as we were there at opening.

Just an FYI in case you plan to use lockers at International Gateway in Epcot - there are only a small number of lockers there, I think it's like 50 if I remember correctly, so you probably want to be sure to rent one as soon as possible at that location. We like having a locker there if we are going to be in WS for most of the afternoon and night. It got cold the night we stayed for Illuminations, so it was a much shorter walk to go get our coats there instead of heading to the front entrance area.
