Getting a little scary down here!

After the school systems in Richmond swearing up and down that school would go on tomorrow (with a lockdown of course) CNN just announced that they received a fax from Chesterfield County schools (where I live, there is one a block from my house) saying that they are closing the schools tomorrow along with Richmond City and Henrico county (where I work)

Wonder if it has anything to do with this communication attempt between the police and the sniper

They have said that the communication was a note saying something on the lines of they wanted to speak to the police and gave a phone number that they would call.. I guess a payphone or something. It's confusing

Okay, CNN just reported that apparently the police chief (didn't say which one) has been directly in communication with the sniper .. no third party or anything.

I just heard about the schools too....the seemingly sudden "change of heart" is more than a little unsettling to me too. What next?!?!
