I'm sorry to hear about all the doctoring this week! :/ It's completely understandable that you wouldn't have had time to get much exercise in--and that you would be very cautious as to what exercises are okay. I hope you are soon able to get a handle on what's going on and feel completely better.

Checking in for the sake of consistency:
Everything was going awesome until Wednesday. I was eating my salads and smoothies. I exercised every morning, rotating my march to fitness, fat boost, and boot camp videos. Then Wednesday night bam! I can't describe the pain with abdominal cramping and throwing up. The next morning I felt better, but didn't eat much. After dinner again, bam! Another painful night. I went to the doctors and I either have a stomach illness that's going around or my gallbladder's attacking me. I'm getting an ultrasound Tuesday and until then I'm eating sicky foods like jello, crackers, gatoraid, and chicken soup.
Hope you feel better soon and it's just a virus! I've had gall attacks before and those are awful! It's the only pain I've ever had that required morphine to cope with.

Success! The scale finally moved downward yesterday - - down 1.5 pounds.
I met my workout goals last week, but I didn't drink as much water as I wanted to, nor did I journal my eating well.
Goals for this week:
Activity - 3 days strength train (6 exercises from personal trainer) and 45 minutes walking briskly on treadmill; 3 days just treadmill, walking/jogging 5K.
Food - Journal all food eaten in MyFitnessPal, and stick to 1490 calories per day.
Water - 64 ounces per day
Have a great week everyone!
Awesome! It sounds like you've been doing great, keep up the great work!
