Get away today ticket refund fee?

As I understand it, undercover tourist will refund 95% of your theme park tickets. As near as I can tell, Get Away Today Charges $50 fee per ticket if you try to refund, is that right? The universal tickets are only $103 so I would only get back half... ? Does anyone know for sure?
