I never use any kind of anti-bacteria at WDW! I certainly wash my hands after using going to the restroom, but never have I worried about using anti-bacterial gel of any kind. Every where you go and everything you do involves germs and you can't escape them!!
We did bring some wipes with us this year though because we have noticed in past years that the handles in Splash Mountain have a foul smell that gets on your hands and soap and water will not take it out. I hate it when you can smell your hands all stinky. I think they may have changed the handles this year though because they didn't stink (or at least washed them) I always sleep in the beds without worry. I did however think about those finger things and how people are always sneezing on their fingers and picking their nose etc. Then, I forgot about it. I figured I wouldn't eat without washing my hands anyway and I wasn't going to stick my fingers in my mouth, so why worry, just enjoy Disney while I was there. I don't worry about germs, I just don't like it when my hands smell of something unatural!
