These days I just saute up some mushrooms and add some sour cream and seasonings and then use that in place of the high sugar/salt prepared soups. I did that the last time I made chicken divan and it was fine. The curry helps with the seasoning. I had forgotten about that recipe. Think I will do that later in the week. Another thing we have in common, Kate! Aitkens has a bar that fits in the 11 -20 and it's coconut choc. Pretty good! John-Paul hates Mounds

I have been buying the unsweetened low fat coconut at Whole Foods and adding it to things. I know - a lot of people don't like it, but I sure do.

I like it too! I have a big tub of it from Whole Foods.

All Right Alll you Smart Alecs....YES I was on the phone with Ken!! He has called about 5 times today, so we chatted on the phone while I was on the treadmill...multitasking, right? Then I had to hang up so I could lift weights...havent figured out how to do that with one hand yet..., so he called again on my way home and we just hung up...ok, go ahead and SAY IT!! YES, Pony is definitely in love...OMG are you SOOO SICK of hearing it yet!!

Oh yeah Pony, or anyone. I got my National Wildlife federation catalog today for the holidays. They have a shop where the profit goes to the NWF. Well, they have a X-mas card of a beautiful horse with snow flying all around. It's expensive, like $24 dollars I think for the cards, but it's because of the donation. Anyway, if you want to check it out let me know I'll give you the link to it.

So I think I am caught up with your posts for the day...you SHOE people need to get out and get some Crocs and put all those others away so nobody trips and loses an eye or a tooth or something!!! GEEZ, what in the world do you do with all those shoes? I think I have 2 pairs of sneakers, two pairs of serviceable work shoes in black and brown, a good ole comfy pair of clogs, and a couple pairs of boots, one for barnwork, one for good...and nobody here is tripping over any of them because they STAY where they are told to! Y'all need to get those darn things under control!

Kathy - thanks for the TSO pix, I had some on my last phone too! but mine took a flying leap into the ponies water trough and died a very tragic and quick death....so no more TSO pictures for me...haha, no phone either!! Had to get a new one...

Barb - See? Not having to worry about all those meanie carbs is a PERFECTLY GOOD reason for us to stay on step 1 forever!!

Lisa - when I do my turkey, I put just a smidge of chicken broth in the bottom and then some onions and garlic just for flavor...then I usually try to get in and turn it over about halfway through, since it is really STUFFED in there! SOOOO Good though! I also rub a little lemon pepper on when I put it in.
