Genie plus 7am time slots???

Good to know. We’re going in a few weeks. I heard reports people couldn’t grab it at 1 pm either during holidays (could be ride was new and demand was high by locals). That’s great if it’s available for a few hours.

The chance of it being available for hours after 1:00 is not good as we approach the holidays. BUT it never goes as fast as 7:00. If you are on at 1:00, it will be available for minutes, if not longer, which is plenty of time if you are ready at 1:00.

Do you think this will be true closer to Christmas? We arrive in WDW on Friday 12/16 and that's and Epcot Day for us. But we are in the air during the 7am VQ
so we are really hoping to have success with the 1pm VQ.

See my comment above. If you are ready right at 1:00, you will be able to get it. Having said that, do you have a friend or family member who could sign into your account and try to grab the 7:00 one while you are in the air? We just did this last week. We were airborne, and my TA got us the 7:00 VQ, a Remy LL, and a Guardians ILL for us. I have also gotten many friends their 7:00 VQ spots from my home in Ohio, when they are visiting Epcot that day. As long as they are on my friends and family list, I can do it from anywhere.
