Genie+ for MK on a low crowd day?

There is a day over the course of our upcoming trip where Magic Kingdom is closing at 4:30 (for cast member appreciation, I believe). It's a Tuesday. As a result of this, TP is predicting crowds on the surrounding Monday and Wednesday to be VERY high (10/10) at MK while the Tuesday of the early closure is a predicted 2/10. Since we have hoppers and would like to avoid those high crowd days, we decided we'll do MK on that Tuesday. We always planned on getting Genie+ for that day but if the crowds are really going to be low, I'm wondering if it's actually worth it, or if we should save that MK Genie+ purchase for our return trip to MK the following week. Just looking to get some input.

It's difficult to advise because everyone's definition of the value of Genie+ and what they expect low crowds to look like will be different.

My party size is two people, so if it were me and I had already budgeted the money, I would get Genie+ for MK. $30 isn't much in my household. I know at MK, there are enough attractions that I can get value out of LLs. If lines were indeed short, I would try to ride twice on the attractions that I really enjoy by tapping into a LL and immediately booking another. In the time window between the LLs, I would try to re-ride my favorites.

But everyone's value proposition is different.

I really like this idea. Even if it's low crowd, then it just means we can potentially do some things twice. For us the "value" of Genie+ isn't necessarily the number of rides we get in, it's skipping the lines and saving the time on the ones we do. We have little kids - long lines are murder.

Now that I'm thinking about it, this MK day also falls on our first full Disney day. It would probably be a good day to try and get the hang of Genie+ without tons of pressure. We will also be hopping to Epcot later that day, so we will get some use out of it there as well.
