My dh is regretting deciding to leave for home on Thursday of next week. He is wanting to add another day to just hang out at the camp ground and relax before our drive home. Also, we are both regretting our decision to not purchase the Dinner Plan.

My question, will they charge us a fee to add the dinner plan and, if they can get us in one more day, will they charge for that too? We leave this Saturday and arrive on Sunday the 18th. I worried he would do this and I should have gone ahead and reserved another day just in case but we were trying to save money so I didn't.

Call them today if you want to add the dining plan, definitely! I think it has to be done a few days earlier than you are leaving. It cannot be added to a CRS reservation, but they may be able to switch the campsite (or cabin) over to a package if you don't have one.

Anyway, call as soon as you can.

Oh - if the day is available, and you are on a package (and add the dine plan if you can do that), then they may charge you a new document fee. If you have CRS and only added a CRS day, that doesn't cost at all.

Again, you'll have to ask if they can get you the dine plan and additional day if available.

If it's too late to add the dining plan, consider breaking up the reservation. You could do the first day as a separate ressie and add the rest of the trip with dining, provided you were still within the allotted time for the second day.
