General Question about Rate Codes

The cuurent rate code is good through Aug26th. I am looking for rates in September. Is it safe to say no code will be available till after Aug26 or can a code come out before the other one expires............Example code AAA expires Aug 26 then on Aug 1 Disney releases code RRR wich is is good starting Aug 27.............
