General food/restaurant image

Does anyone have a general disney food/restaurant/dining plan image?

I'm preparing my planning binder and found several that were meant for t-shirts which worked perfectly for each park, the resort, pressed pennies, the cover, etc. But I can't find a cover sheet for my ADRs

BTW, thank you all for taking so much time to create these for us, they're saving me so much time (of course if I'd never ventured to this board then I would have save so much more time....but what fun is that )
