Good morning! Sorry I've been MIA, we had a long weekend in NJ and then yesterday I got new windows in my apartment. They picked the coldest day of the year to take out my old windows! I was freezing yesterday, but today I'm nice and toasty

Hey Snap, since you live in cold country, don't all bare bahookies turn to granite at this time of year? I wish I had known the word bahookie when I saw the statue of David in Florence. I'm telling you, that Michelango knew how to carve a beautiful bahookie.

Have you stayed at Beach Club before? I like it there. Hope you have a marvelous time.

It's cold here too, cold for us anyway. My fountain in my courtyard was frozen when I let the dogs out this morning. Lots of accidents on the highways due to black ice. My parents own orange orchards and I bet I lost my winter's supply of oranges too, dagnabit.

We have stayed at the Beach Club more times than I can count, seriously it must be at least 20 times. It is my favorite resort, once we stayed there I was spoiled and won't stay anywhere else. The parks are secondary for us at this point, so I love to spend a lot of time at the pool. Even the past two Decembers we managed to swim every day!

We don't do much park time either unless we take other people. Otherwise, we usually only go to Epcot in the evening and over to DHS just so I can drop on the ToT every morning. I actually like staying at GF better (just the hotel, not the location) but we are not MK people so the Epcot area works better for us. Nothing makes me quite as happy as the BC lobby. So many people complain about it but I love it.

When we were there in January, my husband swam so much that he peeled the skin off his feet from the sand at SAB. I'm more of a deck chair with a book person; I only get into the water to cool off.

DH has been battling a really nasty cold since Thanksgiving, I've been trying like heck not to catch it. I really hope I can hold up and not get sick this week.

I'm gonna go lay down for a little while, I'm exhausted from getting the place back in order after they put the windows in yesterday.

As far as Scotlass, she is probably across the water trying to carve her own bahookie in granite to one-up you.

Aw, thanks guys. Isn't it sad that so many people want to go to Disney and DH and I wish we could cancel this time around? It probably means it will turn out great, I hope.

Under my tv I have the letters JOY, with Joseph on the J, baby Jesus in the O, and Mary on the Y. I just looked over, and Joseph is holding a polly pocket Mulan, polly pocket Jasmine is sliding down Mary's back, and a plain polly pocket is laying on the ground in front of baby Jesus. I believe DD4 has been decorating.

Random post. I just booked Disneyland Grand California for 3 nights in Feburary with my friend who I met on the dis a couple of years ago. Even though I live 3 hours away, I have not been to Disneyland since I became obsessed with Disneyworld 15 years ago. I'm pretty excited.
