Does the GCH ever have really good rates? I haven't stayed there and I'm not sure if it would be worth the money. However that being said I know I would like to stay there at least once. Is it worth the money?

The lowest I've seen is $249, which is the annual pass rate during certain seasons. I've never stayed there so I don't know if it's worth it, but from the pictures I've seen, it looks really pretty.

We got a rate of $222 a night (in January) booked through travelocity.com. But we booked the room last minute. Well we'd booked before, and then about 3-5 days ahead checked travelocity, cancelled our existing backup reservation, and rebooked through travelocity and a low rate

I just did a quick check now on travelocity, if you booked for like starting this Thurs (3 days ahead), you could get $228 a night. But like if you wanted 10 days away it's showing like $400 a night. So it seems last minute gets great rates (through travelocity anyway).

We really enjoyed it! Definitely worth staying there once at least

We just came back and got the $228 per night rate on the DL website which is good through 2/7. This was lower than the AP8 rate!!

We stayed there in Nov. 07 for $220 a night, DTD view. That was the super awesome AP rate that was going then. Now your best bet is to try an online booking system as a PP suggested.

We had a great rate..around 230 I think..with my friend's pin code..and they changed existing reservation to apply lower price which I thought was great..but..my friend was at the desk for something and heard a guest who had just walked in and asked if there was availability being quoted $149..wow...I guess last minute can work sometimes..
