Do Disney hotels have a rolling daily rate calendar anywhere on the hotel website? I was able to look at the surrounding Marriott hotels to see when they were offering the best rates or if they were sold out using their “flexible dates” option. I thought that there was something similar for GCH, but it could have been pre2020?

No, I don't think Disney offers anything like that. What I do is price out each night by starting a booking. Let's say I want to stay 5 nights. I'll put in the whole number of days and pick general dates and will get an overall price for those specific times. I may repeat that using a different 5 nights until I can kind of see the trend in cost.

Then I pretend book (start the booking but not complete it) for one night only for each night during the time when I want to go. I write that down and that way I can see which nights cost more (generally weekends) and how much my 5 nights will cost if I book it with different dates. For instance, I always go sometime in Dec. I usually avoid the first week/weekend, so any time after that and up until my pass is blocked will work. It's a little tedious, but I get to see how much I'll save if I choose X dates.

BUT Disney/Visa always comes out with a Disney hotel discount in early Dec. (in the last decade or so, anyway). Usually, I have already booked my room but am able to adjust it when the new rate(s) come out.

The other thing to remember is that it's not always about the room costing less. You may have a cheaper room but an earlier park closing, or a special event, etc. so the value may not be equal.

Also, when you price out a Disney resort stay the nightly rate you see on the website is an average of all the nights you book (if you put in a multi night stay). Like @DizMe mentioned, if you want to see what each night will cost, you will have to do a one night search for each day. Fridays and Saturdays tend to be higher than Sunday through Thursday nights. You can see a calendar for ticket prices, so basically if the ticket price is low, the resort rate will tend to be lower on those nights, too. I did think, at one point, a calendar for resort rates did exist, but I can't remember who said it or how long ago it was. I've never used or seen it, but that doesn't mean it did/does not exist!

To find the rate for an individual night, put in your dates. On the screen where you choose your room type, they list the room average per night. Under that number, there is "Rate Details". If you click on that, it will list the individual rate for each night without tax. If you put in a large date range, it will only show rooms the rate that are not sold out for any of your date. I put in a 2/23-2/24, I get the Hotel Rooms Saving Offer for a standard room. If I put in 2/23-2/26, I get the regular rate for the room since the offer is sold out on 2/24 and 2/25. I hope I explained this clearly.
