I've used them 2x, once for a Kindle and once for our iPhones when we upgraded. They were great - very fair price, and got our money quickly. They're good communicators too. They send an e-mail when the item arrives, then again when they're checking it out, one when they confirm the condition and the price they quoted, etc. And they send you the box to mail it in for free.
