Has anyone dined at the Villa de Flora at the Gaylord? We're thinking about trying it on our trip in May. I'd love to hear any reviews. Thanks!

...if its' sister resort Gaylord Opryland (Nashville) is any indicator, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I've stayed at the Nashville property a couple of times, and as resorts go, Gaylord is world-class, all the way!

We go there whenever we have the chance and love it!! We are actually having brunch there today with family who are in town. We usually go for dinner which is delicious but the brunch is just as good. There are a ton of food options and the service has always been amazing. They have a strolling musician who is wonderful. It really is one of my favorite restaurants in central Florida.

Can you give me an idea of what dinner might cost us per person?

I think it is about $28 a person. That includes soft drinks, dessert, etc. It is definitely worth it for all the food you get.

Thanks Kerry! We'll be sure to give it a try in May. I'll make a ressie about a week in advance. We visited the hotel a couple of years back and were quite impressed! We had dinner at Sunset Sam's-good food and fun atmosphere!

I appreciate your comments!

Villa De Flora Is Awesome:cool1: :cool1: In My Opinion Its Well Worth The Money,Never Done Brunch Though But I Plan On Trying The Brunch When We Go In Just Over A Wks Time:) :) Does Anyone Know How Much The Brunch Is??

We went to brunch this morning and we were lucky enough to have a family member pay for us so I am not exactly sure how much it was. I am pretty sure though that it may be a little bit more than the dinner is per person.(around $28) Let me tell you though, it was so worth it!

We were all so full that they had to roll us out of there! They had every food you could want and then some. They even had a chocolate fountain for dessert with marshmallows, fruit, cookies, etc to dip in it. The service was fantastic as usual...can't wait to go back!

thanks we are going there for my 40th in June. Im looking forward to staying there..
