I just spoke with Disney Group Events and confirmed that the Gay Days tickets DO NOT need to be activiated within any certain time frame, they just need to be used by 10/16.

I don't think all days must be used by the 16th. The rules for multi-day tickets is that they expire 13 days after first use.

I'm wrong. Tix typically expire 13 days after being activated OR by the date on the ticket, if first. These are clearly marked as expiring on 10/16.
