My friend is due to fly out of Gatwick tomorrow for their first ever family holidau - her, hubby and four children (1 with Aspergers and 1 learning difficulties) for 4 weeks in Orlando - she has spent upwards of £20,000 (including spends), Richard Petty experience for her son and Discovery Cove on Christmas Day and only the eldest son knows.
She has a real problem now apart from the Gatwick flyer being booked for 5 am tomorrow and not able to cancel with out incurring full cost (rang them today and no luck) she has Cinderella's castle booked for Saturday, her birthday - should she ring Disney and explain problem and see if they can change etc - never had a problem like this on our trips so no idea what to advise - Any ideas
