Gaston's tavern CS & Be Our Guest TS

Any news on when Gaston's Tavern and Be Our Guest restaurants are opening? Any ideas on the menu, and whether the CS "Tavern" will be open only for lunch? or possible bfast food as well?

Ditto- no news, but hoping it's open in time for our Nov trip and I'm able to score an ADR.

While I can't take credit for this thought (saw someone else post this)...I really hope they serve things like "beef ragout, cheese souffle, pie, and pudding." I also think it would be HYSTERICAL if they offered an appetizer or dessert called "the gray stuff."

I know, I really hope they pull menu items from the movie as well!
I had heard that the TS would be 2 credits though...and no characters, so I don't foresee my being willing to part with 2 TS credits there....ESPECIALLY if the lunch/CS manu has similar food!
It would be fabulous if they had a bfast CS menu ...I dont think there is an single CS in MK that serves bfast...is there?

I have a trip planned for mid-December 2012 and am trying to decide whether I want to take a chance on reserving Be Our Guest blind (i.e., I'll have to make my ADR before this restaurant has been reviewed).

I guess I can always book it and if the reviews turn out to be not so great, change the reservation to someplace else.

Even if its a 2 TS, I don't expect it to be on par with a true signature. But if the reviews say its at least halfway in between CRT and a true signature for food quality and service, I'll probably keep it. If it's closer to CRT (or worse), I'll drop it.

I'm anxious for some news too. Can't wait to try it, doesn't matter what they are serving we are in for our next, next trip.
