Gasparilla Grill or Grand Floridian Cafe?

I wasn’t planning to get to MK until later, but at this point, since I’m up…and the waits aren’t bad, I think I’ll go now.

So, I’m thinking of having lunch at Grand Floridian - I know one is QS and the other YS, but which would you recommend?

I’m planning on having a fairly relaxing day at MK as I did get some rides done on Monday night, and my blisters are such that I just can’t do an insane amount of walking. I’ve got my Peter Pan and Snow White taken care of (12:55-1:55 and 2:20-3:20) and some rides have unusually short wait times, so I don’t mind leaving the park - I won’t feel as if I’m missing anything.

Thanks!

We love the Grand Floridian Cafe. The food is good and it's always nice to relax and be waited on! :)

We like both, but it will really depend on if you want a faster option or to be waited on.

Never did Gasp but Grand Floridian Cafe is def worth it. It’s a nice quick stop from a break from MK.

It depends on whether you want quick-serve, or table service. I would definitely do Grand Floridan Cafe.

I've eaten at both, and would highly recommend Grand Floridian Cafe over the other. I did NOT have a good experience eating at Gasparilla. When I ate there, it was rather messy. And when I got mobile order, they'd made mistakes (several) on my order. After a couple days, I much preferred to walk over to Captain Cook's for my food. Yet, I've always had a pleasant experience at Grand Floridian Cafe. Food, service, and atmosphere are all great.

I trust you've had lunch by now or are about to.

Which did you decide and what did you have? Enquiring minds want to drool thinking about it. ;)

Neither, lol. I thought the bus from CSR was going to drop me off at TTC - which then I’d have taken the monorail to GF. But, the bus dropped us off by the entrance, so I wasn’t going to leave MK, then come back, then go to EPCOT (this was before the closures).

I ended up at Pinocchio’s....I had chicken fingers, fries, and some Brazil nut/chocolate mousse dessert. It was all very good...and I guess now that MP is out, probably my best meal of the day, lol.

Looks like hotel dining tonight !
