Gas prices by state

$3.05 was the cheapest I saw this morning in a small town outside of the Omaha (Nebraska) metro.

and we went down to $3.39 yesterday..but the rumors say it will go below $3 soon...and I agree,,it's pitiful when we get 'excited' that it's almost down to $3 again!

$3.39 this morning in Northern Maryland.

$4.12 on O'ahu, though I saw $3.99 at one station! (on base)

It was $3.37 in the St. Louis area this morning. My dad works in a county southwest of St. Louis and Friday it was $3.25. I amazes me that days before Ike hit all of our gas stations raised gas by $0.30 a gallon. Now it has been weeks since Ike and we are just now getting back to where we started.

I filled up for $3.57 yesterday in the sw suburbs of Chicago. We went to my parents in Plainfield and it was still $3.81 in Will county.

Hope this hasn't been posted lately. If it has, forgive me but I can't get the search engine to work for the life of me. I think it's time for us all to give a little report on what we're paying at the pumps these days. Please give state and price for a gallon of regular unleaded.

Wow! Some of y'all are getting a bargain compared to us. I was very excited to see gas at our closest station down to $3.89 this morning (and that they actually had it!). Did see a station at $3.76 about 20 mins away from home, so I am hopeful it will come down further in the next week.

I paid #3.59 this morning in Lake County IL-- and I thought that was A GREAT PRICE!!!

3.71 gallon and some stations keep running out periodically and some only have regular.

I'm in Otsego, and all of Elk River is that price, as well as much of Ramsey. St. Francis has been reported to have $2.97!!!!

Cheapest I have seen here in New Haven Cty, CT was at a local no-name station at $3.31 for cash. Most other stations are averaging $3.40ish.
