I know, tell you something you don't already know. As if the price per gallon isn't enough, you spend $20 for 6 gallons to get from A to B each week, some jerk has to rip you off.
DH has twice, in less than two weeks, had his gas syphoned.
He drives a 1988 S-10 truck, nothing special, but it can be syphoned, whereas newer vehicles, like our '03 Grand Am, are designed to prevent gas from coming back through the filler (a safety contraption). In speaking with our neighbor, sounds like they got him too. He also has an older truck.
I spent $13 tonight to buy a locking gas cap for DH's truck. I wonder what the punk will think when he tries to steal some gas again?
