Hi all
We are trying to decide if we should have groceries delivered to our villa. We will have a car part of our stay but delivery would be nice so we have some things on hand and don't have to run out for groceries right away. I was browsing the GG website and was wondering if the prices reflect regional differences or are a markup by GG? It seems the price of some things on the website are much higher than here in the midwest--for example $2 for a can of tomato soup that is $0.75 here, or 24 slices of kraft american cheese for $5.99 when it is $2.99 here. Other items seem on par or just slightly higher priced (not double!). Nothing cheaper LOL.
TIA!

Part of it might be prices are higher there then where you live. I remember moving from Fl to NC I was very surprised how much cheaper food was in NC.

I thought the same thing and have used We Go Shop 3 times and was happy each time. You choose the store you want them to shop at, they add on a delivery fee and you are done.

Both. Part of it is a markup for their service (delivering and ease of ordering online...you're paying for convenience), and part of it is probably regional.

You're probably not getting sale prices like you might at home. For instance, tomato soup might be on sale in a print ad for 75 cents at your local store but the regular price is $1.50 or so. I make all of my soups from scratch but I don't think anywhere here in WA state has a 75 cent can of soup as a regular price.
