Garden rooms at Beach Club

Have reservation at BC next week (garden view/standard room). And request for balcony, which Disney agent confirmed is on my reservation today. Question still remaining is will we get full balcony in this room category - no agent can seem to tell me. In fact they all seem puzzled when I bring up the standing vs. full balcony issue at BC. YC is full so can't move there. Really nervous about not getting full balcony - we are snow weary New Englanders right now ready for some FL weather on the balcony after kids are asleep! Anyone have experience with the garden view room balconies? Thx!!

There is no category that guarentee's a full balcony. We've the same view booked for a few weeks. We, too, are requesting, and crossing our fingers, for a full balcony.

We had the same request last August: Garden View, full balcony. And that's exactly what we got.

There are standing room balconies in pretty much every category, so the odds are about 50-50. That's one reason I request a ground floor when booking BC - at least that way I get a patio with chairs. I've had the standing balcony a couple times, a full balcony a couple times, and a patio several times.

I would have full balcony as your only room request on your res. Good luck. I like a full balcony too, and that's what i did for our BC stay. We had a GV room booked, and got our balcony.
