Garden Grove Swan Characters?

Is the Swan still having their character breakfast at Garden Grove? Specifically looking for Chip N Dale as my daughter wants to dine with these characters. Thanks!

I can’t answer for the Swan, but Chip & Dale should still be at Garden Grill in Epcot, along with Mickey and Pluto

I don't think this a character restaurant any longer.
It was suddenly stopped in Feb. of 2020.
