I just ordered some groceries from garden grocer for the first time. I was wondering after my order arrives at POR where is it stored until my arrival about eight thirty. I did not get aything that has to be kept frozen only some cream cheese for breakfast the following morning.]

They will hold it at bell services until your arrival. Upon delivery garden grocers will call and leave a message on your cell phone with this information.

There is also a refrigerator in the bell services storage area for stuff that needs to stay cold (like your cream cheese).

Yep, our stuff was nice and cold when bell services delivered it to our room. Not the beer though.....bummer

we have never had a probelm with anything we have ordered for garden grocer is with bell service when we arrive and the cold is cold and the other always been fine
