I just placed an order with garden grocer. Now I have a couple questions. First, if the delivery arrives before I do, will that be a problem?

Second, do most of you tip for the delivery? I did leave a tip on my credit card, but just wondered what other people do since there is a delivery fee.

So....if I am not there when the delivery arrives, I have already left a tip so that should be fine. But, then will I also need to tip the Disney CM who delivers it to my room? :confused3 Just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row. ;)
 
We used GG in Nov for the 1st time. It was great. The groceries arrived before we did. We left the tip on the credit card as well. They leave them for you at Bell station. The cold items are left in a fridge so nothing spoils.

And yes we did tip the bell hop that brought them to us. They also brought up all our luggage, but would have tipped them anyway as the tip for GG delivery has nothing to do with the bell hop.

Same here. Used GG for the first time this past September. Cold items were refrigerated for us at the resort prior to arrival. Left tip for GG on credit card but also tipped Bell Hop for delivery to the room. I would definitely use GG again.
 
We used GG this December. They did deliver before we arrived and the cold/frozen stuff was put in the the fridge at the hotel. We didnt' leave an additional tip for delivery because it was on the order, but tipped Bell Services for bringing up luggage and the groceries.

The only problem we had was that Bell Services couldn't find the groceries. I had to call GG and they gave me the location # and bin color of where they left them. This took multiple phone calls and Bell Services coming back and forth the the room.
