Sometimes on busy days they stop taking orders. You can see that on their website in advance, they'll say something like "No longer taking orders for Oct 19, 2008". So just do your order well in advance. IIR, they charge a $12 delivery fee, plus tip. I try to get the delivery at a time I'm going to be around, they give a 2 hr window. They call on your cell phone to say they're on the way. I once missed the call but they left the order at Guest Services, no problem (just be careful about this if you have perishables.) If there's something you want that you don't see on the list, you can request they try to find it in the Comments section at checkout. HTH.
