Garden Grocer question

To those of you who have used Garden Grocer....do you have to be in your room during the two hour delivery slot or do the front desk take receipt of your delivery and either save it for you to collect, or deliver to your room? How does it work?

We fly out tomorrow and had same question as I have booked delivery time for when we should have arrived although if immigration is slow or flight delayed we won't have. Garden Grocer told me that if you aren't there to receive a delivery they will leave it with Bell Services for you.

Twice we had arranged delivery for after our arrival and twice our flights were delayed so we weren't there. Both times bell services kept it and delivered it to our room once we had arrived, just asked on check in

No we had two deliveries whilst on our last trip at SSR they kept it in a refrigerator for us we asked at check in and they delivered it to our room. Our delivery during our trip we had a message on the room phone that we had a delivery.

I arranged delivery for around about the time that we were landing so that it would be there for when we got to OKW.
When we arrived at OKW the bell services guys took care of our luggage and I told them that we had a GG order. When we came out of checking in he had all our bags and our order all on the luggage trolleys ready to go The cold items were cold and everything was as it should be, would definitely recommend them

That's our experience as well. Good service and we will be using them again for our trip this year.

We have had a GG order held with Bell Services 4 times now no problems. They did mess up our order last time though. We were one crate of 24 bottles down. I never got it

Bell services held onto our order too at the Yacht Club and delivered when we rang down.Very impressed and will use again next year.

Just your hotel address with the name your room is booked under. The hotel will contact you when it arrives.
