Garden grocer question

How far in advance can you reserve your delivery time? Also, once your order is complete, can you alter it, add to it etc? Can you start placing an order but put it on hold and confirm later? Thanks! I want to be sure we get our groceries delivered to our house.

I've never had the occasion to use an outside delivery service but I've seen your post with 0 responses and figured I'ld offer my 2 cents. Best bet would be to contact either; wegoshop.com or gardengrocer.com and ask the horse himself. This way you can get all your questions answered and confirmed. Seems like no one here knows the answers.

I used Garden Grocer for our trip last May. I loved the service. I placed my order about 3 weeks out (they like to have as much notice as possible)

Yes, you can shop the site and save the order for placement later. I have already started my list for our upcoming trip in June.

The groceries were delivered on time, cold things cold, and with excellent service.

If you are not going to be there when they deliver than your hotel should be able to hold your items for you. I would double check with your hotel on this.

The prices are a little higher than maybe some grocery stores, but not outrageous.

I tipped the gentleman who delivered our order, even though they add a delivery fee.

It's a great service, and it beats having to pack things with you, or even make your own shopping trip. Who wants to stop at the grocery store when you're trying to get to the most magical place on earth!

I used GardenGrocer earlier this month. I only placed the order a few days out. But it wasn't a busy time of the year for them. My order was there when I arrived at the hotel and we had all the items I ordered. It was wonderful and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this service.

Do you know if POP will keep your delivery for you if you aren't there? What if it is perishable?

We stayed at the Contemporary. They held our food for us until we checked in. The perishables were kept cold and they delivered everything to our room when I checked with Bell Services. I would assume this would be the same for all the hotels.

My understanding is that all of the Disney hotels will hold your order for you
