Food - Definitely Via Napoli
Character Interaction - Obviously GG

But as posted if you're already doing the other character meals then VN would be the way to go. GG did not impress us last time at all (other than the characters) VN is always good.

If you have room in your schedule, I would say have breakfast at GG and then dinner at Via Napoli. GG's breakfast is the best meal they serve (sticky buns in a skillet-mmmm) and as pp said the character interaction is the best. I think if you can get GG for breakfast, go for it because it something you can only get at Disney - then you could do pizza for dinner or lunch at Via Napoli. Best of both worlds - good character interaction with good food AND the pizza.
