Was there today - In my opinion, great sales! I bought too much All t-shirts 50% off, shorts 20%,30%,40% depending on the style. Everything was very marked down. Saw a lot of things on clearance that were just 'regular' sales last week.
If you go onto Chelsea Premium Outlets website & join the VIP Shopper (for free) you can get a coupon for 20% off any purchase over $75.00 - amoung lots of other coupons for the other stores. There is a drop down list for ALL of their outlets all over the country.
I am not sure if there is a Chelsea Premium Outlet near you, but find out the name of the outlet near you and go to their website. They should have some type of VIP club that you can join & print coupons from.

I haven't been this time but I lucked up once and found t-shirts for $0.67 a piece!! Needless to say I bought tons!!!
