Gameboy on Airline, OK?

Yep - no problem. Just the old rules about having it turned off during take-off and landing. And the need for earphones.

Definately the earphones! I'm letting my DS4 take his so he has something to do for the 2 1/2 hour flight down. He is pretty smart at figuring things out for a 4 year old who can't read yet :rotfl:! He gets that from Daddy!

The only "new" (since August) carry-on regulations had to do with liquids and gels only. In the USA for domestic flights, there were never any new restrictions on things like electronics.

I am so glad to hear that your 4 year old has one. My DD is 4 and I was feeling a bit guilty about getting one for her.

My DH actually has two. He misplaced his first one then bought a second. Of course, he then found the original so he gave one to our son.

I don't know your DD's personality, but we are just finding out that our DS (who is very strong willed) has gotten a bit "hooked" on it since he started using it recently. It's gotten to the point where it's almost an addiction, which worries me. Even still, if it keeps him occupied so I don't have to hear "are we there yet" hundreds of times on the plane, then I'm ok with it.
