I am sorry that I missed the Villains in front of the castle. We tried to get most of the ToTreating out of the way before fireworks and 2nd parade. I didn't even see any of those dance parties. I felt very rushed and it was hectic. Good luck.
Get there at 4 pm and maybe schedule a TS meal for Crystal Palace or LTT. We ate right after 4 at CP and then got the kids in their costumes.
We enjoyed the Villians Mix and Mingle in front of the castle. We just watched the short little dance skit and then didn't stay for the autograph and pics. The fireworks and parade of course are a must see. Make sure you are in front of the castle for the fireworks. We didn't do the dance party mainly because it was our last night there and the kids were more into riding the rides for the last time. They did get full bags of candy handed to them at the end of the night in Toontown which was awesome since we didn't spend much time trick or treating since those lines seemed longer than the ride lines. Also be sure to get the free face painting if the kids are into that and the free family photo!
We had a blast at the party on 9/30 and I hope to do it again next year.
