Game of Thrones Season 7....(WARNING SPOILERS)

Jamie's character is morphing more and more each episode. He's rapidly becoming as repugnant as Cersei! Up until now, even though his conduct was always pretty heinous, he was charmingly complex and likeable on different levels. Now not so much. :crazy2:

Tonight's Hero(s): Sam Tarley & Tyrion Lannister.
Tonight's Villain(s): Jamie Lannister (Note: Cersei is just a given in this category and therefore not eligible. :sad2: )

Quote of the series goes to Lady Olenna Tyrell of Joffrey. Perfectly put in to words what we all thought! And confirmed what happened to the little... Thought that but was brilliant!

Much tension with Dany and Jon. So looking forward to the big reveal on Jon's lineage.

Agree that scene with Cersei and Ellaria was brilliant, well written and supremely acted.

So much to look forward to on the next few episodes!

OK, so am I right in thinking that if Jon is the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targarian then that makes them aunt and nephew? Unlikely then that they will couple-up and take the Iron Throne together.

I laughed at this episode more than I have during other recent ones.

And oh man seeing Jon and Dany in the same room made me giddy. I love their contrast. "I brought ice and fire together" -- FINALLY!!

Exactly. Dany is Jon's aunt.

Cersei's strategy is certainly paying off. I do wonder, once Jamie informs her about Olenna's message, will she drop her grudge against Tyrion and Sansa? I'm guessing not.

Cersei's revenge on Ellara was surprising, but it fit Cersei.

I so wanted Rhaegar to fly up and land next to Jon when he was talking to Tyrion on that cliff!

On a Jon and Dany coupling....Targarians are known to intermingle, no? They marry relatives???

Good episode with lots of humor. Aside from Jon's introduction by Davos there was Jorah's "rest and climate" comment. And Euron's tormenting of Jaime. Gosh, what else...Tyrian's commenting to Jon that he was more brooding than himself.

Bye Olenna...what a fantastic actress. She will be missed. Loved her parting words to Jaime. Speaking of Jaime...I am so disappointed in the path he has stayed on. So wanted him to be a redeeming character. Now I want him dead. Don't care if he has the nicest bum. He needs to be Arya'd.

Hmmm... not totally up on my 3 Eyed Raven skills; but in addition to seeing the past, doesn't Bran also see the future? Does that mean he could advise on how best to proceed through the war? Avoid mistakes?

Poor Sansa, so excited to see her little bro, and then he goes all creepy reminiscing about her wedding night. I think Arya showing up will be more fun LOL

I think Arya will take out Cersei wearing Jaime's face

Or Euron's. That would be beautiful to watch. Then she could kill Jamie wearing Cersei, which is such a fitting end for his sick devotion to her.

I can't wait for Jon to find out he his not the illegitimate child of Stark but the legitimate child of a Targarian and a Stark. And what will Sansa do when she finds out he's not an heir of ned.

I'm kind of hoping that's not how it goes. It is a big part of the lore, yes, but I still think the incestuous Targaryans are icky and hope for a better ending for Jon Snow.

I loved this episode!!
Epic as always.
Olenna is a boss!
So many exciting & crazy things going down.. Is it next week yet?!

Cersi is still one of my favorite characters. She is just so evil!

I was underwhelmed with the meeting between Dani and Jon. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be.

I cried like a baby when Bran and Sansa were reunited. I can't wait until Arya is thrown back into the mix.

1) Cersi is probably the most vile villain on TV. She needs to die a horrible death and HBO needs to show us every gruesome moment of it. I was so looking forward to Joffrey's horrible death, and all he did was choke a bit and collapse. Anti-climactic.

2) OMG!!! So funny! I loved this: "I am Daenerys Targaryen....Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons...yada yada yada"

Jon {looks at Darvos}

Darvos: Um......this is Jon Snow........King of the North. :rotfl2::rotfl2:

3) When they called Sansa to the gate and there was hubbub, I was jumping up and down "IT'S GONNA BE ARYA!!!! IT'S ARYA!!! IT'S ARYA!!!" Then it was Bran. Slight disappointment, but still another Stark children reunion. So I was happy. I choked up a bit.
