Typhoon Lagoon in the wave pool!!!


Which is your favourite, Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach?

Mine is Typhoon Lagoon. Although the rides are better at BB, I love the atmosphere at TL

Typhoon Lagoon, too. Slides and wave pools look like work to me, but a float down the Creek is a perfectly wonderful way to spend an afternoon.


If you were a Cast Member, where would you be? (I started to ask "Where would you work" and although I know it must often be very hard work, in a Disney fantasy, being a Cast Member doesn't seems like working at a job at all.

Haunted Mansion or Tower of Terror please, at least you don't have to be cheerful all the time and you can play tricks on the guests if you want. DH is going to be a skipper on the boats... he'll look good in the uniform!

Which boat transportation at WDW do you enjoy the most? anything from shuttle boats to DTD to the ferry to the MK (not ride boats though...)

For me, nothing beats the Ferry Boat to MK. Why? Because I can see the castle, and because then I know I am nearly there!! The most happy place in the world

Favourite Beach? (Doesn't have to be in Florida)

I love Clearwater Beach and I am hoping Sarasota will be equally good. Soft white sand, warm sea, lots of comfy mattress sun loungers - ah, bliss!!

Haven't done a beach hol in ages, but the beach at Cancun was beautiful. Warm blue waters, white sands, cocktail in hand AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! To be there now. It is snowinh here eek!!!

Where is your next break/ holiday and when?

we have nothing planned but hope to go to DLP and dublin again soon.

Hubbys been looking on the internet for a cheap, week away after Christmas to Tenerife, but I can't see it happening. So my next holiday will be to see the Main Mouse in May.

Er, no. This Harry Potter thing has completely bypassed me! Kids are two small to be into it and I watched the first film and honestly couldnt see what all the fuss was about! I realise I am in the minority though!

Are you going to see The Incredibles???

I cant wait!! There are previews this weekend, so we may go tomorrow night. DD has catergorically decided she doesnt want to see it, so it will just be me and DH (looking a bit sad going to see it without any kids in tow ).

LOL Karen, FBI.... thats Neil's fave too! I cant stand anything "coffee flavoured". Mine is either a June Bug (a TGIs special) or the Island Runner at Ohana. Im also partial to a Bahama Mama or Pina Colada as well!

What was your BEST Christmas present EVER?. I remember when I was about 8, I got an entire set of Enid Blyton's Famous 5 and Mallory Towers books! That was probably my best present ever and I still remember it!

A couple of years ago DH bought me a large WDW bag and he filled it with Disney & Wal-Mart bits and pieces like T.shirts, magnets, keyring, antenna topper, pens etc it was brilliant.

Do you prefer Strictly Come Dancing or X-Factor ?

I'm a big fan of both, so I can't really choose between them.

I tend to flick between the two - but tonight I was watching Strictly Come Dancing in full!!! Loved it!! I think Jill is brill!!! And I just love Aled Jones!! Either of those two to win!!
X-Factor doesn't have the same appeal as Pop Idol!!!!

Oh Allie....June Bugs....my fav too.....esp in the HUGE glass!!!!

What kind of car do you drive?

I have an 02 plate Vauxhall Corsa - silver. DH a new Vauxhall Vectra Estate - yes we have matching silver vauxhalls....how sad.....LOL
