Wow!! I had Gus the Goose in mind (he's on House of Mouse as the cook) but some Internet research did indeed say that Gladstone Gander is Donald's cousin, and maybe part goose too! I have the Encyclopedia of Disney Characters at home (I am traveling right now) and I wish I could look Gladstone up! Looks like there are two answers and you both are right! Never occurred to me that Donald had two cousins!

I don't know who fears the number 13 ...! Got to think about this one!
