Our family of five is traveling to Disney in early February. We have two stays scheduled at HS, thinking we might spend one day almost exclusively at Galaxy's Edge. Our kids are 9, 6, and 1.

So here's are question: what should we do with our time?

We want to hit the following things for sure:
  1. Rise of the Resistance (not Genie ++)
  2. Millenium Falcon (with Genie +)
  3. Docking Bay 7
  4. Oga's Cantina (at what time should we schedule a reservation?)
But here are the caveats:
  1. We don't want to wait for an hour before rope drop outside the park
  2. One parent and 1 year old will have to leave mid-day for a nap
Will getting breakfast reservations at Hollywood & Vine help get us in the park earlier?

I know these are huge questions, but I appreciate your all's advice.

We just came back and our kids are 9,7,5. We did two days at studios as well and didn’t hit any of the Disney Jr. stuff. We got to studios both days at 7:30ish and did a continuous walk onto Rise (we were done before 8:30) and then went on Smugglers, took some photos and rode Toy Story all before an 11:30 ressie at Brown Derby. Day 2 we were a little earlier but two of my three kids didn’t want to do Rise so my husband walked in again with one child and I took the others to Smugglers’. We were both done by 8:30 (I was eating a Ronto Wrap) and my husband knocked out Smugglers by 9. Waits jumped after that. I then did both Slinky and Aliens before an 11:30 Oga’s.
