I iwll be staying at POP and usually buy my tickets at the concierge desk there. Does anyone know if I can redeem my vouchers there for tickets?

If not what time do the windows open at Epcot? I will be using my pass at EPCOT but have an 8:30am ADR for Breakfast.

Otherwise can I go to the park the night before and pickup the ticket for use the next day?

You cannot redeem your GAD voucher at your resort, and you cannot redeem it the night before unless you use it for admission that night. It has to be used on the date it is redeemed.

The Will Call window will open about 30 minutes before the first guests are allowed into the park, including those with early ADRs. Reports have been that Will Call opens at 7:30 on a 9:00 opening day to allow for those with 8:00 ADRs to get their tickets.

Too bad resorts can't exchange vouchers. I have to redeem GAD for multi-day pass on the night before a black-out date. I assume once we have the multi day ticket we can use it to go inside park even if it's a GAD black-out date, is that correct? Our flight arrives 9:30pm. MK closes at 11pm, will we make it there before closing to upgrade vouchers? Should I go to Guest Relation or where outside the park? It could be a white knuckle ride from the airport. :drive:
Thanks!

It might be close, but if you have your own car and go straight to MK (and your flight is not delayed), I would think you would make it. If you are using Magical Express, I'm not sure you would make it unless you get dropped off at a monorail resort - even then it would be tight. You can redeem it and use it for admission that night, then you can use the upgraded ticket during the blackout dates - you just have to redeem it and use it to enter the park before the dates start.

You would redeem at Will Call outside MK, or Guest Relations if Will Call is not open that late.

Thanks! Okay, I'm not with it at all, is Will Call and Guest Relation both outside MK near park entry?
So after I upgrade GAD to multiday, then I must use ticket to enter park that night before we can use it next day, the black out day? :thanks:

Yes, Will Call is a round building on the right after you go through baggage check but before the turnstiles. If it is closed, Guest Relations is also on the right but closer to the turnstiles (there is a map around here somewhere that shows both). There will be a sign with an arrow directing you to Will Call.

The rules of GAD state that the voucher is valid for admission only on the date you redeem it. Technically, they can make you enter the park and upgrade inside at Guest Relations to be sure you are not redeeming just to get around the blackout date. Many people have been able to do the upgrade outside the park, but they have gone ahead and entered the park anyway. I wouldn't chance it by not entering the park that night. I'm not sure if the upgraded ticket could be identified as a GAD upgrade, but you run the risk that you won't get admission the next day since you didn't use it on the date you redeemed it. Adding an extra day is only $3 per day over 4 days, so if you hadn't planned a park that night, add an extra day for the peace of mind and enter the park. Does that make sense? :goodvibes

But isn't there also a Will Call at the TTC? Are you able to redeem it at TTC or do you have to be in the MK at the one your telling about here? I guess I just always assumed that the Will Call at TTC was the one for MK???

There is also a Will Call at the TTC. If you arrive using Disney transportation, you bypass the TTC and go directly to MK. If you are driving, you can redeem at TTC. If you come to MK from a Disney resort on a Disney bus or boat, you will not go to TTC and would have to backtrack (the monorail actually does go to the TTC, but if you are a resort guest, you wouldn't get off there unless you needed to buy tickets).

OK Thanks :goodvibes We always stay at the Poly so we generally walk from our resort to TTC to get to MK and EP - I knew I saw the Will Call there!

I have to go the MK the day I intend to use my GAD pass? We're staying at BWV's and are going to Epcot, that is just ridiculously out of the way! Is there a place to redeem tickets at the back entrance to Epcot?

You don't have to go to MK - you can go to any of the four main parks. I was just responding to the previous question. :goodvibes

There is a Will Call at the International Gateway as well as at Epcot's man entrance.

Is there a will call at AK? Our first day in the parks will be at AK, and I have a early 8:30 ressie for Tusker House and will be upgrading our GAD passes to the 4 day military salute. I hope there is so I can get everything done that morning and enjoy my breakfast.

Yes, all four main parks and the TTC have Will Call (Epcot has two - one at the front and one at the IG). You will be able to redeem your voucher before the park opens so you can get to your ADR on time.

Thank you so much, I can relax now regarding that part of the vacation.
