Hi, I've read through the GAD upgrade thread, but I didn't see this specific question and I just wanted to make sure I understand this.

My DH and I have FL Res Seasonal Passes and they expire 3/28/10. We are performing our volunteer activity in two weeks. By the time we receive our GAD vouchers, our passes will likely be expired. Will I be able to upgrade to a FL Res Seasonal Pass with our GAD tickets using the renewal price?

Thank you, ticket experts, for your help!!

You can renew your pass up to 30 days after it expires. After that, you have to get a new one.

Another good thing is that your pass will get the extra 3 months for renewing(this promotion ends August 31st). Though due to blackout dates you will only get 2 1/2 months. Just make sure that the renewal will benefit you. I started getting APs and SPs in 1996 but I never renewed. We always went right before the expiration date (we always went in January, May, and Sept) so if my pass expired in January I would wait til May to buy new passes because I knew we wouldn't go until then and why waste 4 months for the $30 that I would save by renewing. Basically I always got 4 trips out of 1 pass.

Thanks for the help! The passes definitely benefit us because we go at least once a month. :goodvibes
